We do, however, use Block, Inc. as a third-party services provider to make appointments and process payment, among other activities. Block, Inc. is formerly known as Square, Inc., and will be referred to as "Square".

 

Square may collect information from you.

  • Booking Platform (Square): When you click the link on our Site to book an appointment, you are taken to a Square scheduling page. Any personal information you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details) is collected, stored, and processed by Square. Square may also offer you the option to store your credit card information. We do not collect or store this sensitive information on our Site.

  • Analytics (Google Analytics): We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site. This service collects non-personal information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the pages you visit. This helps us improve our Site and services.

  • Wix and Cookies: As your Site is built on Wix, it may use necessary cookies (small data files stored on your device) for functionality, security, and analytics. Wix may also use cookies associated with Google Analytics.

Virtual Session Platform (Zoom)

Our life coaching sessions may be conducted virtually using software from Zoom Communications, Inc. ("Zoom").

  • Data Security: While Zoom offers various security and privacy features, please be aware that the security and privacy of your communications during a Zoom session are also subject to Zoom's own policies and terms of service.

  • Recording: We will always notify you and obtain your explicit consent before any coaching session is recorded. If sessions are recorded, they are stored securely and used only for the purpose of enhancing your coaching experience or providing post-session materials, and are deleted after a reasonable period.

  • Meeting Details: Basic meeting details (such as the date, time, and participant display names) are processed by Zoom to facilitate the session.

Data Security

We rely on Square's security measures to protect the personal and financial information you provide through their platform. While we take reasonable steps to protect the information gathered by Google Analytics (such as anonymization where possible), no system is entirely secure.

Geographical Scope (Massachusetts, USA)

Ideation Catalyst Life Coaching LLC is based in Massachusetts, USA, and may interact virtually with customers outside of Massachusetts. While we do not specifically market our services outside of Massachusetts, users accessing the Site from other locations, including the European Union (EU) or California, acknowledge and agree that your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country or state.
